Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will grant you total control over your e-mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming mails according to certain rules set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and choose the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply select the email mailbox account you would like to forward mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your preference to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
