Refund - Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are available for both software products and IT services purchased directly from our company.
  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Beyond 30 days, no refunds will be processed.
  • Custom development projects, consultation, or services with significant resource allocation are generally not refundable unless the agreed-upon deliverables are not met as per contract.

Conditions for Software Products

  • Software products must not have been activated or used extensively. Products with substantial usage or where license keys have been issued may not qualify for a refund.
  • For subscription-based software, refunds apply only to the most recent payment for the ongoing period and not for prior periods.
  • Downloadable products/solutions are eligible for refund only if technical issues, which cannot be resolved by our support team, prevent software use.

Conditions for IT Services

  • Refund requests for IT services (including but not limited to installations, configuration, support, or managed services) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • If a service has not commenced or no work has been delivered, a full refund may be approved.
  • For partially delivered services, refunds will be prorated based on completed work.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-built solutions, third-party licenses, and domain registrations are non-refundable.
  • Maintenance and service contracts after the cooling-off period (7 days) are not eligible for a refund.

Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Please contact our sales team at “sales@theitcafe.in” with your purchase details and reason for the refund.
  • Also you can create a ticket from your client dashboard after login.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Additional Guidelines

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud, abuse of policy, or violation of our terms of service.
